Leadership and team programs

Strong Leaders™

Our leadership development program helps leaders practise listening, giving clear feedback, making decisions under pressure and taking responsibility for how they affect others. We connect personal reflection with everyday leadership conversations and organizational conditions.

Strong Teams™

Our team development program focuses on communication, collaboration, constructive conflict and shared responsibility. Teams examine how their working habits, expectations and responses affect one another.

What an engagement can involve

  1. Clarify the need.
  2. Agree the learning priorities.
  3. Work through relevant examples and exercises.
  4. Practise new responses.
  5. Identify actions and, where included in the agreed scope, review progress.

The intended changes

  • Clearer instructions.
  • More useful feedback.
  • Concerns discussed constructively.
  • Leaders who listen before assuming.
  • Teams better equipped to work through pressure and disagreement.

Fit

For organizations willing to develop their people and examine how work is organized, how decisions are made and how leaders are held accountable.

Workshops, facilitated discussions, retreats and multi-session programs can be scoped to your context. Fees and deliverables are set out in a proposal.
