Identity
What have you come to believe about who you are, what you deserve and what is possible? We examine those beliefs rather than assuming they tell the whole story.
Our Approach
What happens in a person’s life, what they believe about themselves and how they respond under pressure belong in the same conversation.

What have you come to believe about who you are, what you deserve and what is possible? We examine those beliefs rather than assuming they tell the whole story.
How do you respond when pressure rises? We practise noticing, pausing and choosing a response you can take responsibility for.
What around you helps or makes change harder? Workload, expectations, relationships, opportunities and practical support matter alongside personal choices.
The ReasonWorks Human Capacity Framework™ guides how we connect identity, regulation, relationships, leadership and the environments people live in. The ReasonWorks Method makes that approach practical: Recognize, Regulate, Reason.

Identity-Centered Medicine is Dr. Khalid Courtney’s name for his approach to examining identity, responses under pressure and daily conditions together. The services described on this website are education, development and coaching. The term does not mean that ReasonWorks provides medical treatment.
Digital life
We are developing a preventative human capacity approach to digital health and wellbeing. In plain language, that means helping people build skills early to handle how phones, screens and online life affect attention, rest, relationships and decisions.
We explore situations such as constant checking, comparison, online arguments and work messages that follow people home. Then we practise useful boundaries and examine the expectations around them.
This is an educational approach under development. It is not a launched app or a clinical digital program.
