This notice describes the ReasonWorks Consultancy website. The operator is ReasonWorks Consultancy, founded by Dr. Khalid Courtney, based in Grenada. Questions about your information can be sent to reasonworksconsultancy@outlook.com.

What the form collects

If you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, the kind of support you are interested in, your message, and your agreement that we may use those details to respond. You can also add an organization or role, a location or delivery preference, and a date or group size. The page you came from is included so the request keeps its context.

Please do not include medical records, a child’s personal details or sensitive workplace information. This site does not ask children to submit personal histories.

Why it is used

The details are used to respond to your inquiry and to discuss fit, availability, scope and fees. Agreement on the form covers that response. It is not permission to add you to a marketing list. An inquiry does not confirm a booking.

Who receives it

The inquiry form is not connected to an email service yet. Until it is, a submission cannot be delivered, and the form will not say that it was sent. Email reasonworksconsultancy@outlook.com directly.

This website does not store inquiry messages in a database, and it does not place them in analytics. No analytics service is connected. Email is not a fully confidential channel, and this notice does not promise that a message cannot be intercepted or read by a service provider involved in delivery.

How long it is kept

A delivered inquiry stays in the consultancy mailbox until the request is finished or the details are no longer needed. A fixed retention period has not been set. You can email reasonworksconsultancy@outlook.com to ask about the details you sent.
